I forgot to mention, they're also a SVT dealer.

my local ford dealership (Townsend Ford) have never ever seen a Contour SVT. When I went there to order jack covers along with the lower front grill, the whole team came outside and were awing my car They gave me a free SVT keychain

Bonnell definately sucks. Thats where I bought my car. I usually take my car to Pride Lincoln Mercury. They give free rentals if your car is under warranty. Most LM dealers do that.
