Thanks for all the compliments guys, was waiting to see what the zetec elders had to say  . Picks of the finsihed header coming... this is a pic of my 2 cars  This is whats going in the contour next year...RWD conversion, LT1 instal,keep you posted on that

ATX MTX swap, rear drum disc swap, drilled rotors, ported intake, optim throttle body, CAI, 7.5L MAF, adj. fuel regulator, longtube headers, underdrive pulley, no EGR, low inpedence bigger injectors, 2002 Focus Swap

Got any pics of the machine? of the final products? How do you operate it?

well guys im finally done. Would have finsihed faster but i had work, and its been raining over here..the end results..    and now under and over the car....     and finally the cholo headers are done. I never understood what you other guys with headers said about raspyness untill i turned on the engine. I dont know about it right now, im a lilltle bit disappointed, engine doesnt run that smooth anymore, and the exhaust noise is to loud for my taste, and i really like loud. I think i lost some low end torque, but it makes to much noise to rev up. Ill drive it out later, i really hope i dont get a ticket, and see what happens. Anyone know the cure for raspyness? also there was a tube i didnt connect to the header, that was once connected to the old cat, I just pluged it up, could this be the problem..?

you mean the EGR??  yes there is a cure for raspyness, a larger resonator and another muffler.
