Very good numbers. Are these claims or are there acutal dyno charts to back these up. Again realize these #'s were with basically no exhaust mods at all save for the midas muffler in place of the RES. Also the AFE has never been tested on a non-svt so I'd love to see what it can do to a well modded Cougar or Tour.

I'd be interested to see how the cold air box looks, I need ond of these for sure. wink

There was a thread awhile back about this intake setup. I think the claims were justs "assumptions" with no dyno plots to back up the theory. And the price didnt make me jump at buying this setup. I personally would go a different route with proven results, rather than taking someone elses word for it. Just my opinion.

I'd pass on the weapon-r myself. The filter on that setup is junk filtration wise. Unless you change your oil every 3000 miles, I,d give that afe a try. Don't know how it filters, but can't be worse than weapon-r...or blitz stainless mesh!!!

Oh believe me it's not...Filtration is extremely good from what I've been told. It should make a good difference on oil change intervals minimum!!!

I've got the dyno charts, now I just need to post it...I'll get to that later, Aloha cool

i'll update my profile later but the Weapon-R is cancelled; "R" system looked rice anyway, but I liked the so called "performance gains" posted on the Cougar website. Send me the dynoplots and the mods on that car... PLUS PICTURES!!! I'm so down for this quartr@nyceboicreations.com

Along with the Brullen and Diablochip my SVT should be happy... very happy. Lets see some plots! Do I need any other modifications? Intake Pipe, adapters or such? Is it just drop in? E-mail me, my cars almost ready for the street again (summers around the corner!)

I was visiting a friend this weekend who had the June issue of Hot Rod magazine with a multi filter test including AfE,K&N, Holley, etc. and there was no real difference between any of them. Alex
