Phillips Premiums are better then silverstars. Well much better lumens output though a bit yellower since it's not filtering the spectrum.

If I remember reading correctly the new bulbs (being talked about) are supposed to be "whiter" and brighter.

I just put a set of Phillips Premium ultra blues in the wife's Z24. (rated 4000k)
The Z24 SUCKS for headlight illumination but these bulbs at least doubled the output and it's a clean white light. It had Silvania 9007XV's in it before.

Phillips makes a quality product.
I will look into their bulbs when mine go out. (running plasma bulbs (4000K) and they're decent)
