Thats Great! you obviously don't understand that even if you do that you still need to remove the radio.. its 15 seconds to remove the radio and you dno't need to waste your time with the center counsel!..

Why do you noobs come on here and tell people to remove the center counsle and all that other nonsense when its not needed?

You can see the black bracket that need to be "squeezed" in just past the trim ring. The lovely scratches are from a swelled dash and a stubborn hanger

PS IIRC the screws under the radio hold the lower mount in place, removing it only loosen the lower mount, not the radio. The radio slides on the mount IIRC, its been awhile...
