Well I posted a thread on the AFE Filter claiming that it was bar none the best Filter that you will put on your car. I got not one RESPONSE!
Well I've got some butter for you to spread on that bread of your's now!!!!
One of our fellow CEG'ers purchased the Filter from me after I convinced him to stray away from the K&N Filters and go with the AFE. Well after slapping the Filter on he got it dynoed and to his suprise the Filter alone pumped out a maximum of 7.8hp @wheels. He also tested the Monster Flow Filter and only found 1.9hp @wheels.
The Verdict, go with AFE and nothing less for MAXIMUM Airflow and Filtration. If you're interested in one of these filters or would like more info on the dyno runs you can email me at
