Chris Hightower actually the thinner electrode is there for a purpose, same as Ford Motorcrafts plugs for our cars are a fine point! Due to advanced Technology, I'm sure you would agree, they've found, which I can't understand since I'm not an engineer, that a fine point is more effective in creating a larger spark somehow. Plus Iridium is a much denser metal than Platinum so I'd love to see if these Iridium's could ever get roasted by an ignition system. Actually the Iridium Plug I'm using is from NGK a trust worthy source in spark plugs. I'm as curious as you are about these plugs and the reason why I'm gonna try them, like some say 'It's hard to sell something you don't know!!!'

I will definately post my impression of the plugs once there on and used!

Chris you might want to consider trying out my line of AFE's for your Turbo kit. Supposedly the filters flow characteristics are more apparent on Turbo applications and for good reason. On a Powerstroke Turbo Diesel AFE got 85cfm more than the same K&N unit. To top it off some of AFE's filters like for the Turbo Diesels have been strengthened so the Filter wouldn't collapse which has happened with K&N filters due to excessive amount of turbo boost, seriously they literally have collapsed like a tin can. Anyway any interest you know how to find me!!! wink
