The clutch isn't coverd under the drivetrain warrenty?!?!?! That's cheap!!

Well, $1,300 for a STOCK clutch replacement is stupid!

Get a good aftermarket clutch for around $400 and pay around $600 for labour. Yeah, your still looking at $1000 for it, but you'll have the assurance that this won'thappen again!! (at least not for a VERY long time!)

A word of advice though for choosing a clutch, don't go for a clutch that is too much for you. meaning, don't buy a "super heavy duty" clutch as daily driving will be hard, not to mention the clatter you will hear from your clutch. UR Stage 1+ or the Clutchmaster Stage 3's are prime examples of this.

RAM does a good heavy duty clutch (powergrip), Sach, UR stage 1, Clutchmaster stage 1 or 2, Grizzly OEM clutch.

Remeber this - the LESS pucks on the disc, the harder it will be to drive (daily driver).
