Best team ever? Not yet. They've got the best percentages, yes. But, best team? I'd argue that. They've still only won 3 Super Bowls, the first took them how long?
They're a great team, yes. Best ever? Time will tell.
And, just because they've only won by 9 points doesn't mean they didn't win. It doesn't matter if it's by an inch or a mile. It's STILL a mark in the W column.

not hardly the best team ever.....when they maintain a winning record for about 20 years then maybe you can say that....thats what the niners did from the early 80's to the late 90's.....and they were always a contender(meaning they were at least in the playoffs most of those years)when the pats do something like that then you might be able to say they're the best....what happens if the pats don't make it to the bowl ever again,then there %'s for 4 years means squat.....
i will give them their due though....if the niners were the team of the 80's,and the cowboys the team of the 90's,then it would be hard to argue that the pats are the team of the 00's.....

i see the arguement for best team ever from both sides, but dont you think that we are getting "best team" and "best franchise" confused? i mean, it is kind of hard to take the core of the pats from the last 4 years and compare them to 20 years worth of all stars....now by no means to stake any claims to any particular team as best team or best franchise
but i really think nashville is dominating in sports right now, i mean the predators are completely undefeated this late in the season....

yea just cause they 3 superbowls in 4 years doesnt mean anything in order for a win to count they have to win by like 30 points right? otherwise they didnt win the other teams just lost they've been lucky to never lose at home in the past 2 years the colts and steelers must have has off days when we played them and squeeked out those lucky victorys yea this team isnt very good at all im glad you pointed out that 3 point wins are meaninless i almost thought they were a good team
