No it is not!!! The engine and atx rebuild was on my daughter's 95 Contour. I just picked up a new unused spoiler that is the same color as the car for a good price and installed it. She loves her car. The interior is pumice with wood grain dash that I added. Looks rich! Best investment I ever made....keeps her from wanting a new one ------ instead I get the new one
