again...this is 1st operation, next operation would be to install piece into a indexer on milling machine and machine large round end into a square and machine a flat on the small end of the pin...then drill the 2 holes and slot accordinly to match the stock mounting pins. the slots would give u the adjustment needed for the alignment. we'll post pics after they're finished.

Do we have an estimate on cost? I love my car but hate spending money on it unless it makes it go faster, because if it gets wrecked I will get almost nothing for it.

Can't wait to see your finished product. Did you leave the stock sleeve in the arms or press in a new 1?

new inner and outer sleeves were made...the stock ones couldnt be used due to the fact they were mangled severely and the fit of the sleeve to the bushing wouldnt be perfecly flat like it is supposed to which would mostly likely cause severe squeaking. urethane bushing in general do squeak but not like wut it wouldve been if the old sleeves were used
