It was at least as good as TNG. Actually some of the casting and most of the acting is much better.
Good character development, mostly good writing, some exceptional episodes.
It does suck that UPN has no clue what a good show is.
It will probably get replaced with some assinine piece of trash like Survivor, the apprentice, trading pea size brains or some other garbage fake reality show made for people without a clue or sentient thought in their empty head.
Now ask me how I really feel...

I always thought Riker was a closet homosexual. Yeah, he got with Deanna Troy from time to time, but still...it was all an act so as not to piss off the very anti-gay Klingons. No way he would stand any kind of a chance again Han Solo.

Riker has a swager in his walk. Even when running, ducking or even jumping down the tubes head first like the last movie..... swagering all the way. He also has a lazy eye at times  I can't believe they're canning Enterprise though! I DL'd all the 4th season episodes that have aired so far a few weeks ago and barely caught back up. Romulans sneaking around...... it was just getting really good

yeah riker was a fag, no doubt about it. I think kirk was his hero, lol. But as for a new Quantum Leap that would be sweet. The original was waaaay ahead of its time and Id watch a new one. Maybe Jolene Blaylock could be the daughter....hmmmmmmm. I cant put down Darth or Data, they be my fav characters on the series. Boba Fet would be up there, ut with his cheesy death that just sucks his rating down. Id also like to see some wookies kickin butt in episode three. Better than those lame jungans (sp?) and their mucus bombs. Man those first two (ep. 1 & 2) Star Wars movies dont even compare to the originals. lol I always thought that the ewoks were some bastard cousins of the wookies.. is it just me?
