Obviously you have little comprehension of good writing or acting.

That show is so extremely real it's unnerving.

If they say "fracking" on Galactica one more time, I'm going to go crazy!

I was gonna start watching it, but my oldest brother said they changed a character to female and sorts. I suppose for the die hard fan they ruined it, and being a die hard fan I wouldnt want a characters sex changed either. But hey, some shows need a good chick in them. Maybe I'll start investing time into Battlestar.

Unfortunately, life has been complex and has left little time for TV. I never got organized enough to tape the episodes missed.

I found an Ebay seller in England that was offering DVD and VHS recordings, but would not ship overseas.

IIRC, DVDs are coded by region, and only a North American DVD can be played in a North American DVD player.

True, but DVD players can be changed. My DVDROM can be changed to any region, but only X times per device.. doesn't matter if you format the PC, or put the DVDROM in another machine.. still only X times.

but you can do it..

A lot of the cheap (and probably more expensive too) DVD players are PAL compatible. They take PAL and convert them into NTSC format so you can view them on your TV, I belive. My friends had an Apex last year and watched a few PAL DVDs on it.
