It isn't that easy. It sits in the inner plastic relector (the one ppl paint). I'm pretty sure it's impossible (I've tried) to get it out by removing bulbs only. Either get some heat on it (making sure the vents aren't plugged) or disassemble the light or give it to me and you get a new one
