The T25 is a tiny high boost turbo. (15psi is the stock setting - it's map rates it around 15-18psi operating range)
Definitely the wrong type to be used on a larger displacement, high compression engine.
The 14b would be a closer choice, but still too small for a 2.5l engine... Good fit for the Zetec...
