18's should fit fine, the thing you need to worry about as far as rubbing is the offset of the wheel and the size of the tire you have. The wheels and tires forum should have better info on that for 18's/ I run 17's with 225/45's on my 99 SE and had rubbing in the rear, but I'm also lowered with the BAT euro kit.
