any synthetic ATF mixed with friction modifier to make the cocktail will be better than a conventional base ATF with or without friction modifier.
Mixing both synthetic and convention base oils will only dilute the properties of the synthetic oil and or fortify the properties of the conventional oil, I guess its all in how you look at it.
