I have searched already and come up with nothing, so don't yell.
I have a 98' 2.5L and was looking at the SVT intake manifolds at BAT. It says that it is for returnless fuel systems... does my tour' have a returnless system? The damn engine bay is so packed (and I really haven't looked that hard) that I can't really see much as far as fuel rails go. If I do not have one... then what neccessary steps need to be taken and can I just use my stock injectors instead to utalize my fuel system. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanx guys!

I know that you have a return style if your car is a 98. As far as modifing the SVT/ST200 Lower to work with you fuel system..I think that others have said it can be done but I'm not 100% on that.

All you need to do to use the SVT lower intake is swap your fuel rail from you old intake over to the new one. Everything will still mate up correctly, and you will have no problems with how the fuel rail sits, since both manifolds use the top loading injectors. You might as well trash the returnless fuel rail, as I know i wouldn't want it, given the choice. Your injectors from the new intake manifold should also have no problems when used on the old fuel rail, so you don't need your stock injectors either. I would skip the BAT LIM and get the ShoShop.
It is opened up more than the BAT and less.
37mm Secondary Butterfly Manifold - $229 The Secondary Butterfly Manifold is opened up 4mm to allow more air into the engine. Performs best when teamed up with our 63mm Throttle Body and ExtrudeHoned Manifold. Expect a 5 HP gain on your 2.5L or 12 HP gain on a 3.0L Conversion. Exchange, $300 core.

It owuld be nice if shoshop listed this on the website. I just ordered a set of svt uppers and lowers today. If shoshop had the parts listed on the site i would have bought the manifolds from them. But if they don't put the info out there then people don't know about what they have to offer.

Of course if you don't port match your heads and UIM the larger LIM isn't going to help much!
Even the late model SVT heads (both ports EH'd) are only 34mm & 34.5mm
The late model (larger) LIM happens to be 33.5mm/33mm & 34.5mm/34mm respectively already.
IMO with a little porting it's an ideal smooth transition!
37mm LIM isn't going to stuff any more air into a 34mm hole than a 34mm LIM is and the abrupt transition can't be good for air flow/turbulence...
...especially since the Dual Honed SVT UIM outlets are a mere 30.5mm & 32mm.

On a side note, anyone know if the SVT's have a different / higher flow rate fuel pump than non svt's?

Well, now I know. I figured that they didn't change the casting on the LIM which would lead me to beleive that I could mount my fuel rail just as the other one was considering the bolt holes would be in the same place. I appreciate the help. I agree... the larger port lower would only benefit you if you had your heads at least port matched (if not cleaned up and entirely ported). Thanx for the help guys!
