How about some sort of aftermarket/home engineered ram air scoop for the CAI kits? If I could find a wrecked Tour near me that had an intact hood, I'd consider this a viable option. I'm sure there's a way to get direct air into the intakes without using a remote air hose or something of that nature. Ahh, it's coming to me. Relocate the battery to the trunk, and run the air pipe to the area of where the battery was. I'm sure there are plenty of aftermarkey hood scoops and such that would work. Question is, will it mess up drag coefficient too much, and will it sit high enough in the air stream to actually pull in air and truly function as a "ram air" engine? I'm dangerous when I think in the morning...
