Everything was reported and handled all legit. Mommies insurance paid for all the damages. The car was about 1k in damages shy from being a total loss according to the insurance people. The low miles (48k) and overall condition of the car also helped to prevent it from being considered a total loss.

Besides a few minor issues I was happy with the repairs. But less than 1k miles later I got a rod knock. After some debate with the insurance company they decided to cover the cost of a new motor and attributed the engine faiure to the accident.

I have now decided to use those proceeds for a 3l swap. Which reminds me, todras I need a cd. I sent you a PM but I'm not sure you recieved it.
