ATXs are roughly the same percentage of the market in Japan as they are in the US. And in Europe, the ATX market has doubleed in the last 10 years to over 1/4 of all cars sold and is expected to grow as rapidly as Japan consumption of automatics did in the late 70's/early 80's.
