You guys... don't worry about what the voltage is at WOT... you are not trying to adjust that... the voltage up there will change proportionaly to that of your closed throttle. That is what you are changing. As far as your readings... TPS sensors quite often get gummed up inside and the voltage is thrown off... I can't remember what the highest voltage is, but if I remember correctly, it was over 5. In any case, not to worry... don't worry about WOT voltage... it makes no difference... that's like trying to set your fuel pressure with the vacum line attached to the regulator!

The reason that you can't go above .98 is because at 1V, it goes into different fuel tables and timing curves... You could set it to .99 if you wanted, but you are running a risk... because you will notice as you are reading voltage... when you depress the throttle, then let it go back to closed throttle... it doesn't always go back to the same exact place... all you are doing is getting it as close as you can to that point within a safety zone so you don't confuse the hell out of your PCM.
