I agree. What started out as a worn right front bearing turned into bearings, struts, rotors, pads, both front outer tie rod ends, front lower ball joints, and right rear caliper. Age and milege takes its toll on everything. Luckily I did the job myself and all it cost was my time and parts, but stuff was worn out/broken(or I damaged it in the process and knew it so it was replaced, would dealer/shop do so?). The only thing I thought of doing was the whole lower control arm, but I have the early style--$$$$, so I didn't but prolly could of used it. In fact, just got car back from alignment shop and after the SPAX and H&R's it coulda used a BAT adjustment kit. Considering one of the best characteristics of the car is handling, one should not skimp. That and its a PITA to do over!!!!
