Good point. That was the reason for not having them in GT3, so I did a Google search and it turns out Acclaim ended the deal a few years ago. From what I've read, EA owns the license now and somehow they can sub-license, but I'm not sure why Sony/Polyphony Digital haven't done so (maybe EA just said no).
