Yes, I do notice it while driving. Mine too goes away over 3k rpm. I'm thinking timing chain or chain tensioner pulley which I fear, but would be surprised as these things should not be problematic at 63k miles. Engine power is strong though. Its just annoying, and could be bad long term.
