Has anyone spun a sparco front strut tower bar so that it arches toward the firewall rather than the block so as to clear a large aftermarket intake?? If so any pics, and will it perform similarly?

FSTB are more an asthetic mod than anything. They really don't tighten up the handling on the Contours........ like they do on other cars

I don't know the answer to your question but the OMP bar is curved back towards the firewall, just need to move the ac line to make it fit

It sure is pretty though. Especially painted silver.

I'll admit it. I bought it as a $90 aesthetics mod...

Honestly even with Bilsteins & H&R's the front towers are probably not moving. They are quite rigid for a production car.

what do you mean move the AC? mine makes slight contact, but i dont see how you would move it to make it better.
