Wheel bearings are easy to change

It can be done real fast, but I did mine real slowly, since I was replacing the spindle

But it didnt take me over a day, the reinstallation of Drum Breaks took the longest...

Wheel bearing went out at 46k on my dad's Taurus so...

my brothers '05 f-150 shat the entire engine with 2500 miles on it. plus it sat at the dealer for 29 days waiting for a "lost" engine to come in.

Just a little 411 about Ford!!! you know I took my car in, they said the rear wheel bearings were both shot & they said yes there was a recall! BUTT! they said Ford already replaced them the first time they went bad.... sooo.... they would not cover them again SO Ford was nice enough to replace the crappy parts the first time w/ more crappy parts all I have to say is "FF" not "FU or the horse you road in on but "FF"

It's Ford policy that if they replace a part it's covered for 12k or 12 months. I'd be bitching up a storm if they at least didn't cut a huge break.
