I would assume it could be the tensioner or idler underneath the timing cover. Lack of oil pressure causes rattle like that. Try searching up on the idler pulley and tensioner failures to see what you get. if they AREN'T broken, they could be rattling merely from a lack of oil pressure as most svt's do notice upon cold startup for a split second. (try getting an oil filter with an anti-drainback valve in it..)
