No clear answer really.
The BAT sport springs bring the camber adjustments to near the limit of tolerances after an alignment, but still within factory spec. If your car is out of wack just a little, you may need the kit. I picked up a camber kit on Ebay for under $90 for both sides.
For longer tire life, better handling, and adjustability I think the camber kit is worth the money, even if the car stays within spec.
