I would also STRONGLY suggest a transmission cooler. You can have one installed for less than $200 (or DIY for under $100) and it may not only solve this problem, but keep your tranny running like new for the rest of the life of the car.
I have NEVER had a tranny failure in any of my cars equipped with a cooler - even vehicles I used to tow with. Any trans expert will tell you the #1 killer of an automatic is HEAT. Keep that in check & you should be able to run your tranny for 1/2 million miles. I exagerrate, but you get the idea.
