i got under my car today and found something that i cant identify. forgive me, but i cant really search as i dont even know what im looking at.

theres one on each side of the car, and they are down basically almost in the front bumper at the very edges of the car. the only way i can describe it would be they are a cylinder about 3-3 1/2" across but very short, less than an inch. and they have a spout of some sort coming out, looks like some sort of intake, it only sticks out a little, and the opening is maybe 1" square. it had a wire that was supposed to be attached, but wasnt, thats why i was concerned.

my car was running fine and it didnt seem to affect anything, so im freakin clueless. im sure its something stupid, but i gotta know.

Are they plastic and colored? sounds like an air horn setup...
