Yeah camera's do that on occasion. If it's a digital camera, maybe you should drop the saturation a bit, and without a flash?

You could always edit them or have someone edit them so that the color's right, too.

With what you say, i can't imagine it looking bad at all. Must have taken a LOT of money..
