I got my DMD from Terry last week, now it just needs to go on the car. I think it works better that way, at least that's what I heard.

Yep, service is a thing of the past with too many people these days. Terry took time to answer questions and spilled out more info than I could keep up with.

Thanks Terry

Terry worked ON THE WEEKEND (in between using the snowblower and then the shovel to clear the foot of snow off his driveway) to put my DMD on, since I was only going to be out there from Friday afternoon - Sunday. Even cleared the snow off my car for me before I got there to pick it up.

I had a pesky oil leak that took him exactly 5 seconds to diagnose (correctly I might add), and probably not much time at all to fix.

And know that he probably took no time at all to put the DMD on at a very reasonable price. The way I work, it probably wold have taken me 12 hours.

Well, I don't post here much anymore, but I had to add another comment to make Terry's head swell larger than his knowledge of the Contour/Mondeo. Terry is the most accomodating, competent, knowledgable, curtious, and funniest person who can perform service on your car. He is a valued asset to the Contour owners.

Yes I agree. Terry has done many things to my car. He has always done a great job and all the labor has been done at a very good price. If theres something I can't do then Terry works on my car...and I still have a warrenty on it! This goes to show that Terry doesn't play games and does a great job on everything..

Thanks Terry!!
