TB cleaning is a do it yourself project really.
If you prefer to have your mechanic do it, he should replace the TB gasket in the process & charge between $70 and $100 for the service. PepBoyz charges about $80 last I looked, but I won't let those psycho monkies with wrenches touch my cars any more.
