Those are not Ford part numbers, or if they are, they are not complete, so I can't tell.

As a clutch wears and the disc gets thinner, the pedal effort increases. It is a very gradual increase so it is usually not noticed until the clutch is replaced and the pedal suddenly feels lighter than you remembered. There is an exception in that there are some Ford trucks that have a pressure plate that self adjusts to compensate for the disc wear. Except for those few, all clutches are that way.
