just took off my rear SVT bumper a few days ago. There are 4 bolts (2 on each side)on the inside of the bumper, pretty much straight back where the exhaust tips exit. Then two screws inside where the bumper meets the fender (right where the bumper narrows to a point) Feel behind there where the two meet and you will feel the screw. BE CAREFULL so you dont booger up the head. Use a mirror to find out if its a star head, hex head, square head or phillips. Anyway I didnt have to drop the exhaust or anything. It took me a while to figure out an easy way of doing it...well for me anyway. I used a two extentions so that my socket wrench could be gripped behind the rear tire in the fenderwell. The extensions will run above the exhaust or beside it (which ever is easier for you). This method worked for me on all 4 bolts. Be prepared this can be a real PITA, especially if your by urself. I had a buddy help me
p.s. it also could help to jack up the back side of the car that your working on so you can get a full swing of the socket wrench
Good luck
