To me,,, cheaper, looks better, probably a bit cheaper to mod than the vette. Already a better car than the pontiac.

I think you mean 74 to 04. The Mustang II was introduced in '74. And the look of the newer Mustangs, especially '94 and up, is very appealing to most. True, it's not for everyone, but it didn't win '94 MT car of the year because it's butt ugly.
And back on topic, here are my choices:
Mustang: I'm a teenage racer WS6: I'm a teenager with rich parents Vette: I'm a middleaged balding white guy

I think one reason why I don't stangs is because I can throw a rock in a parking lot and hit 2 at once. Don't most chicks like any shiny car (please women, don't hit me for that)
