I found this on SHOForum, i thought it was really interesting and something worth posting.

This is copied directly from this guys post!

Well here are some pics of my project. It is constructed of 6061 t-6 alumnum. all parts were cut using a milltronics mw-14 mill. It DOES NOT fit under the stock hood, but it bolts up using aLL of the stock hardware and a few vacuum line extensions.

Go to this link to see some other pics. I have some much more detailed ones if anyone is interested.

Pics

The breakdown on cost is as follows:
Eaton m90: $108.25
Material: $91 for 1/2" plate, $34 for 1/4" x 2.5" flat bar, $11 for 1/4" plate scraps
Labor: $100 for welding, because mine don't look as nice as these.
Misc: fittings, stainless bolts, gasket material about $30

As far as tuning goes, i have an LPM that i will have tuned on the dyno. I will machine a spare set of fuel rails for larger, probably 36-42lb, injectors. I will also upgrade to a larger MAF and strap a cone filter to the end if i cannot use the stock air box.

Discuss..

Explain how you will deal with the motor mount between the heads, and getting the belt to the blower on the Duratech with that being there......

I gaurantee he'll get more than 40hp. Come on 10 psi.

With a setup sitting that high it would be well above the engine mount.

That thing would stuck a foot or more out of the hood.

A+ for effort.

A for originality.

F for practical use.

He can gain alot more if he takes advantage of the aftermarket available for the M90. I know quite a few Fieros that gained way more than 40 HP when they were all said and done modifying the blower.
