the performance tuning place i use in the UK (who is also a wizards of NOS dealer) has a mk1 mondeo 2.0 zetec, stock engine, with 125BHP wet nitrous kit (progressive). it has been in there for a few years and he has had no problems (apart from when he hit the nos switch with the caravan on and burnt the clutch out lol)
he said over 100bhp jets you must have a progressive controller and braided lines - and remember its for short spurts otherwise spark plugs begin to melt and then its bye bye valves (i found this out the hard way with 75bhp jets on a track day to my dismay

) - if you want pro-longed use for around a track the fuelling needs winding up.
