Place disconnected return hose into an old gallon jug. With a helper start the car and with the engine runing it will push out the old fluid. Stop after you see a quart or so old fluid and top off with fresh Type F. Repeat till you see clean fluid come out the return hose.
The above is an easier, potenionaly less messy method.
