I've been reading up on this forum for sometime now, just never posted. I met one contour owner at one of Xotic's dyno days back last April (I believe he had a 3L swap, but it was a while ago). He suggested I come to this site to see what duratec owners have done to their cars and also to see what ADC did for you guys and possible fitment for my vehicle.
On the car domain website go to page 7 of the site and you will be able to see some pics of the kit. Sorry no lift when I took the pics, so they are not of the best quality. In regards to seeing pics of 4 cyl manifolds, they were just samples of his work back when my car was just being worked on.
I spoke to him once I saw twisted6 saying there may be interest with the contour community for the headers as well, if fitment was possible.
If there was a problem with fitment for the car, if a contour owner can make it out there, then he would be able to fab it to your car if time permits (he has an extremely busy schedule, which many wait for, myself included due to the quality of his work).
However, he is extremely busy, I know he will be at the Philly Auto Show this weekend (Thursday on), so it may be tough to get into contact with him. If by chance a contour owner makes it to the show, then talk to him at the show.
Hope things work out and you guys have another option for any one who wants it.

Actualy just about every place that sells collectors, sells a 3-1 collector now a days. The cheapest I have seen them have been around $225 a peice. Just thought I would clear that up.

Alright, I'm heading down there on the 12th to have it looked at and possibly test fitted. I should have an answer sometime on the 12th in the evening since I'll be at wagner at like 8am-ish...

If I were you I would poll a couple people and take a wishlist down there with you. If Andrew didn't make it clear over the phone, he will make ANYTHING for any car if you just ask (And are willing to part with your vehicle for about a week's time, depending on how busy he is). Hell he is developing and manufacturing a long tube header for the 4-cylinder Mazda6i just because someone on a forum asked him if it was possible to do.

Well, If it turns out it is possible from a quick look i'll let him borrow my car for however long it takes... I am home from college maybe 2-3 weekends a semester. Plus the SVT has summer tires, and we have snow right now so it just sits. Might as well have some good come from it while i can't be home to enjoy it.

If I understand you correctly, that's $225 X 2 = $450 just for the collectors! Then add the piping, flanges and welding... Might as well buy some already made up.

You understood my correctly unfoutunitly. But thats acutaly a pretty good price. I am talking some pretty nice collectors though.
I just found this site, I have heard of the company before. Not to sure about the price deal, looks like they need a minimu order, but there very cheap. There 3-1 colectors primaires are a little to big though , Collectors

If that's the case, then screw the shorties - let's go long-tubes for our engines!!
