i don't know what things are like where you guys live but around here i see wrx's everywhere. on the other hand i see few fsvt's. so i would look at one of those.

Yeah, I don't see too many pintos around town either but I wouldn't want one of those over a WRX

handling can be fixed with some simple mods.

i think the FSVT is completely impractical unless you get the 5 door. and the WRX looks like a pig. what about a Saab 92X instead. Looks much better. Same car underneath.

Well are you looking at a new or Used WRX? The FSVT depreciates like most American cars and will easily be a few thousand cheaper to buy. I think it depends on what you want to do with it and how much you are going to spend. Price being no object between the two I would pick up a new WRX. I would be a little more hesitant to buy a used WRX as I would be very suspicous to how much somebody beat on it.
