Very easy to change your IP Address, if Dialup: Disconnect, turn computer off, turn back on, Connect to internet, assigned a different IP Address
DSL/Cable: Turn off cable/DSL modem off over night, along with comp/Router, turn on, Cable DHCP server assigns a new IP Address, DSL gets a new IP address too. Sadly IP Addresses arn't static IP Addresses, so we really dont keep them forever
