Very easy to change your IP Address, if Dialup: Disconnect, turn computer off, turn back on, Connect to internet, assigned a different IP Address DSL/Cable: Turn off cable/DSL modem off over night, along with comp/Router, turn on, Cable DHCP server assigns a new IP Address, DSL gets a new IP address too. Sadly IP Addresses arn't static IP Addresses, so we really dont keep them forever

The funny thing is a long time ago I was joking with a friend about getting banned and he told me no worries and gave me an address for a site that will change it at will everyday. I laughed and said we should start a site like that called "IP freely"

or if more than one of your neighbors have wireless, you can build a pringles can antenna, hook up to a wireless card and aim at which ever house you choose to connect through... new ip, not tracable to you.
