To change the rocker ratio have to move one of three components positions...the valve stem---the cam pivot point or the lash adjuster pivot point...forget it...uprating the valve springs leads to more load on the followers...which are not that strong for such upgrades...we are back to the limits of finger followers with u/rated cam grinds Vs 'direct acting' cams re LS and Jag duratecs...we have been here before guys..!!!!!
