Nother noob to the afc, can this be done to any car?? Even if it's not chipped... say MY SVT?? I'm gonna answer my own question and say yes, since the GM tech 2 has the ability to do the same thing to GM cars. If so, I think Stazi will have enough rounds to stay drunk until the next SZ.
