Of the 3 head units that went out our door for insurance replacement in the last year (yeah can you believe somebody actually would steal a dual?) 2 had to be swapped out for warranty replacement.
So thats a 66.6% failure rate right there. not too good of a track record.
On another note Jensen has been improving greatly. They were bought out by Audiovox which is one of the top makers of mobile video equipment. I have actually been quite impressed with their pro amplifier line. But I don't think they will ever recover from the bad name they have made for themselves with the crap from the past.
