Are those part of the butterfly screws hanging out of the secondary shaft? Maybe it's something else in the pic, but removing these and smoothing out that back edge of the shaft should help the airflow out. I didn't pull my secondaries, but I put in countersunk screws and cleaned up all the overhanging screws which seemed to help out a lot.
