what about the tuck rule..so what if we caught a break, the pats went on to beat the rams in superbowl being the complete underdogg, and yes I was a Pats fan cause it was better then hearing the Bears lose every weekend when I lived in Rockford

If I remember this right, the rule was applied correctly, then in the off-season the obviously stupid rule was changed.
Anyway, we can argue about what team was the best, but if the Pats win it all again, you have to include them in the discussion.

Well you finally brought up the real 'Greatest Team Ever' --the Bears (1985). Tom Brady wouldn't last an entire series against that defense.
Sorry Mike, the Bears would beat the Dolphins of 7x.

Well if he's the quarterback for the 'Greatest Team Ever', then he wouldn't have a problem with the '85 Bears defense.

Second part is an exaggeration. The Patriots are not the greatest team ever, and Tom Brady would not last more than a couple downs against the 85 Bears defense. Not saying Brady is a huge [censored] or anything, I'm saying the 85 Bears defense was that good. The Patriots this year are not the greatest team ever. If you think so, you are delusional.

The Green Bay Packers have won more championships - 12 - than any other team in National Football League history.
They won their first three by league standing (1929, 1930 and 1931), and nine since the NFL's playoff system was established in 1933 (1936, 1939, 1944, 1961, 1962, 1965, 1966, 1967 and 1996).
Green Bay also is the only NFL team to win three straight titles, having done it twice (1929-30-31 and 1965-66-67).
In addition, the Packers won the first two Super Bowls (over Kansas City in 1966, 35-10, and over Oakland in 1967, 33-14), as well a more recent one (over New England in 1996, 35-21).
Since the league implemented a playoff system in 1933, the Packers have played in the NFL's deciding game 12 times (10 NFL title appearances from 1936-67, two Super Bowls after the 1970 merger). Only the Giants (17) have played for more titles.
Come back here and post this when the Pats have won their 13th championship. Right now they have won two.

I agree. He's is most definitely NOT the greatest QB ever. Not even close really.
Now as an overall "team" the Patriots rank well but again not nearly the "best dynasty"
