got it dyno sheet to show proof of this? Not that I dont believe anyone here but everyone I know says a CAI only gives you a few HP. Normally 3-4HP at the most. 11HP seem rather too much.

The stock induction on the 2.3 Duratec is very restrictive,
it is a PZEV engine, a performance intake really helps.
I own a 2003 Focus and installed a similar (MarcyMotorsports) intake. Take a look at the site for Dyno
sheets.
